Grace Bay Club
Anacaona, the only gourmet oceanfront restaurant on Providenciales, is the resort’s signature open-air restaurant and offers an exciting menu that was influenced by a team of chef consultants lead by Head Chef, Joel Rheaume. Recent renovations have allowed the Anacaona to undergo an extraordinary redesign while retaining its intimate feel. The new restaurant will have a contemporary flair introduced within a Caribbean environment. Palapa roofs with flowing white canvas ceilings, faux Baccarat black glass chandeliers, contemporary white color scheme on walls and columns as well as African hardwood floors. Anacaona will maintain seating “pods” extending invitingly close to the ocean and surrounded by lush landscaping. Accents such as fine Frette table linens, elegant Fortessa dinnerware and elegant glassware complete the new look. The new Infiniti Bar - the world’s first Infiniti bar - stretches 90 feet across the Grace Bay Club beach to the shore of Grace Bay. The bar is a modern presentation that features full restaurant service allowing guests to dine under shaded umbrellas amidst the relaxing sounds of the waves of Grace Bay Beach.
