Over the years, Chef Joel, originally from Canada, has developed his own contemporary style with international influences which suits Anacaona’s globe-trotting guests perfectly.

“Cooking gives you the chance to be creative and express yourself. Another part I really enjoy about working at Anacaona is coming out to meet the guests and acting as a personal chef to some of the high profile ones,” says Chef Joel.
