Liz Tracey
Head Chef at Magnolia

In 2004 Head Chef Liz Tracey joined the Magnolia team. Liz was born in Glasgow, Scotland and grew up in Canada. She attended the well respected Stratford Chef School from 2000 to 2003 and graduated with honors. After working in Canada for a year she made the move to Provo and found her home at Magnolia. Chef Liz has a sure hand when it comes to marrying flavors and their famous sesame crusted rare seared tuna with soy ginger sauce is emblematic of that approach. The philosophy at Magnolia is to serve fresh uncomplicated dishes maximizing the use of fresh local product.
