Ladies & Gentlemen,

It is a great pleasure for we as Co-chairmen of this inaugural event to have the opportunity to bring to life the First Annual Turks & Caicos Gourmet Safari. We are proud to showcase Executive Chefs and their local assistant chefs in celebration of culinary creativity and innovation from the Turks & Caicos Islands.

This unique gourmet extravaganza is an opportunity where guests may experience the artful blends of Oriel Wines and the talent that all of the participant chefs have to offer. The intention is to instill pride and joy in the overall culinary arena, from which we can then identify local talent for the various Caribbean Culinary Olympic Competitions.
